Please note the following:
- Just because an equipment request is “Pre-Approved” with no specified issues, does not mean it is necessarily safe or authorised by the Captain. All existing safety procedures must always be followed, including the safety matrix
- Do not use equipment if you are not confident in using it safely or there is not adequate safety cover in place
- Novices and Juniors should not book equipment – your coaches will do this for you
- In the first instance, refer to the “README” tab of the equipment request form for instructions on how to use the form
